DELIVERY
We at Bellissimo aim to send all orders out next day (except at weekends as post office may be closed please allow a few extra days if you place order on weekend)
All orders will only be posted to cardholders address for security reasons. Deliveries made within the UK postage will be a flat rate of £4.99 first class recorded delivery and any order over £150 pounds will be free of charge.
Orders from outside the UK you can phone or e-mail us and we will inform you of the cost.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 7 days and be in a re-sellable condition with all price tickets and tags attached.
Please note Bellissimo Kidz will not refund any postage costs.
For your own protection we suggest that you send all return items recorded delivey. We will refund all money as soon as we are in reciept of goods.We will not take responsibility for any goods being lost in post.
HAT SIZE
To measure for hat size's you will have to measure your child's head circumfrence all our size's will be in centimeter's (eg for a child with a head cicumfrence of 36cm to 39 cm you would have to buy hat size 39 cm) Can we also ask that before you take any label's off the hat you try for size first as items return with no label's will not be accepted as a return.As with the clothe's can you please make note of washing instruction's as we will not be held responsible for damage to any item that that has not been washed using correct instruction's.
